Some people are becoming confused on how Nyx's tattoos work. Nyx's tattoos are facial only. Nyx gives the crescent moon tattoo on the forehead. A fledgling will only have the outline of the tattoo. The adults (changed fledglings) will have a filled in crescent moon plus unique tattoos that best compliment who they are. These tattoos are on the forehead and down the side of the face/cheeks. They can also only be on the forehead or even marked under the eyes. These tattoos appear spontaneously.
They can have other tattoos, but they wouldn't be from Nyx.
The only other tattoos that Nyx gives is for adult werecats. They have a tattoo for their werecat type on the back of their shoulder.
