So I'm letting you have pretty much free range with her. She only has to be 17 years old and can anything really but she's not an adult vampyre. The only thing about who that I'm going to be really picky about is that her playby has to have brown hair and look like she would have been Devyn's twin sister.
Devyn hasn't seen her in at least three years so during that time Devyn and Dakota's histories may Deviate. Devyn and Dakota had been really close until Devyn was marked and up and left. They were around 15 when Devyn was marked and it would be awesome if you could include in the history something about how Dakota reacted to Devyn's mysterious disappearance and if she felt something when he had been marked because she would have felt Devyn's pain and what not if he had any when he was marked.
Dakota shares a special bond with Devyn, where if one was in pain the other could somehow feel it as well somewhat like a ghost echo.
If Dakota is a fledgling, and if you want to include it or just RP it out, (which I highly encourage since it would make it much more awesome), I'd like you to keep in mind that just recently Devyn showed up at CHoN and indicate how she would react to not seeing him in so long and then to see him at the last place she would expect to see him.
You can read up on Devyn from his profile for continuity so that her and Devyn's history entwine at least a little bit. (Note: where it says Dianna in the history I mean Dakota in case you get confused)
