Personality: Tea is a kind and loving person, and she is extremely protective of what she has, if someone attempts to take something that is not theirs, no matter who they are, Tea will fight and protest to her maximum, not allowing it to happen. She is an extremely quick thinker and can be quite rapid with making decisions which can sometimes lead to be the best and other times lead to be not the wisest decisions. Nevertheless, Tea has her weaknesses; one of them being taming her emotions.
She has a habit of bottling them up and at some point when someone upsets her, they all pour out into her mind. She is generally quite shy, especially when first meeting someone, but once she is common with the person, they can either be best friends or fatal enemies. Tea prefers to stick to the back of a crowd, observing quietly and using everything she has heard to her advantage later in another conversation. It is a skill that proves to be quite powerful.

Powers: Psychometry, by touching someone directly, Tea is able to see into their past or possible future. She witnesses sometimes painful memories from the person and she also witnesses the happy ones. Tea also has ‘Precognitions’ sometimes when touching someone and she can see a possible future for them, but it is never clear. If she is personally close to someone she can make long held contact with them and try and fish out ideas from the future she has discovered, but it is extremely tiring and hard. No one really knows how to teach her about her gift as it has never before been heard of in the Vampyre world. Not only can she do all of this with people, but she can also do it with any objects as well. All of this links in with the element of Spirit, Teagan is able to control the element quite strongly and it gives her amazing powers, she is almost always able to make someone who is having a bad day feel better.
History: 10th of November – The night that everything was turned upside down. The Vanderwelshs were a happy family, with a loving mother, a caring father and two young siblings; a boy and a girl, nothing could go wrong. Not until this night. It was 11pm and Mr Vanderwelsh had just switched off the last of the house lights, venturing up to bed to join Mrs Vanderwelsh, both of the children already in bed. When he got into bed, instantly he nodded off and the usual night began of a twelve hour sleep.
At around 11:30pm though, that night got a little darker. A hooded man mysteriously pick locked the door lock, sneaking in through the back door he silently climbed the stairs, the same stairs that Mr Vanderwelsh had climbed half an hour earlier. The man pulled open the parents door, to find the snoring parents, who were happily cuddled together. He pulled out one gun with one bullet and one knife, the piece of rope dangling from his pocket. He hysterically started laughing, obviously to wake the two up, which they did instantly, Mr Vanderwelsh exclaimed one word “Daniel” he said, the fear dripping in his voice, “I’m sorry …” The man pointed the gun at Mr Vanderwelsh’s head and simply shot, straight through his fore head, blood spilled everywhere as the man was killed instantly and the screaming Mrs Vanderwelsh was coated in blood.
The man stepped forward as Mrs Vanderwelsh coiled over her husband’s dead body, sobbing “YOU MONSTER!” she howled turning around, the eldest of the two children stepped through the door, Andy; he saw his father’s body and stopped dead looking hopelessly at the murderer. His mother screamed as she saw her son, “Andy leave! Quickly! I love you, your father …” she couldn’t finish as the knife was plunged into her heart and she collapsed, squirming, leaking blood and love.
Meanwhile Tea had hidden herself in the cupboard, she knew that her mother and father had been murdered, she knew Andy was going to be murdered, she couldn’t bring herself to go and stand by his side, and she was a coward. She had told him not to go but he had insisted. Tea started softly crying as she heard muffles and strange sounds; she didn’t want to know what was happening. Minutes passed and then the murderer slowly descended the stairs, and Tea sneaked out so that she could get a look at the murderer, he would pay one day. As he turned Tea hid on the balcony, in the darkness, the man pulled down his hood, laughing immensely. He had ginger hair and big blue eyes, a face full of freckles, he looked perfectly innocent. He walked out the open door, into the blackness of the night.
Tea stood up and returned into her parents’ bedroom. Her parents lay dead, perfectly still on the bed, but where was Andy? She could hear soft groaning sounds coming from the wardrobe so Tea neared. Pulling open the door, she saw her brother stood on his tiptoes, with rope tied around his neck, attached to a coat hanger. Tea quickly pulled it off, allowing his body to drop into her hands, “Andy I’m so sorry” she whispered tears streaming down her face, “Don’t worry Tea” he coughed, “You’re safe now I have you, one day we’ll go get that man together, yeah?” he said coarsely, his eyes flickering shut. “No!” Tea hollowed, “Andy please you have to stay awake” she whispered frantically, but it was too late, he had already gone.
Tea sobbed for hours in her parents’ bedroom, clenching onto Andy, it was only later that the neighbours came in, discovered in shock horror the dead bodies and Tea’s sobbing one before calling the Police.
One day that man would pay for what he had done.
Fifteen years old:
Tea cursed as she walked out the door, her blonde waves cascading down her back and blowing backwoods in the wind. Once again this Foster family had been a disaster, no family seemed perfect for her, and no family ever would be or at least that’s what she told herself.
She just couldn’t take it anymore, so what that she had forgotten to cook dinner whilst both the Foster parents were out clubbing somewhere as usual. Baby Joel was left in her hands, and quite frankly she couldn’t care less for the misbehaving brat. When the parents came in and saw Joel drawing on the walls and Tea sat reading a book, they hit the roof and Mr Cook nearly looked like he was going to hit her. Well social services could look after that because she couldn’t take it anymore, she was done, and Tea decided she was just going to walk out. All these Foster Homes, they never worked out and she was better on her own.
- So she did, Tea wandered out into the night, only to meet the one person who she could have nearly hugged, the Tracker. She instantly knew what was going to happen, she was going to go through the change and she would either make it into a Vampyre or she would die, no other options. But anything was better than existing in a human world with fake families.[THE PUPPETEER]
