Personality: Celeste is any normal girl with a rebel side to her. She likes to do things on her own. She is outgoing, likes to have fun and enjoy herself. It isn't hard for her to make friends. Depending on the said persons personality and how they react to her. She has no problem being friendly and talking with people. But she is very careful about who she chooses to be friends with. She is very careful, if a person comes of rude to her and gives her a bad attitude she will act that way right back at that said person and not try and be nice. To her its about how a person interacts with her. If they coem off rude and mean then she will come off rude and mean. If a person is nice and easy to get along with then she will have no problems being friends with them. She loves doign crazy things that could get her into trouble. And she doesn't like follow some rules.
She is caring when it comes to her friends and will be there no matter what happens. She will stick up for her friends and be loyal no matter what situation. She is very loyal ot her friends and stick by them even if she knows they are wrong. She has a great dislike for bullies and has no problem speaking her mind to them. If her friends are hurt then she will stick up for them. She is not judgemental if someone decides they wanna date someone else or be gay then she has no problem with it. She will be right there cheering them on. Celeste does have a bad side to her. When people make her mad. She cannot stand when people pass judgement on other people. Especially if they don't understand what's going on. She has no problem getting rude and acting mean when she is angry. It will definetely show in her personality when she is angry. She is not her normal friendly calm self.
Celeste is not guy crazy. but she is only 15 so guys are not high on her priority list. She may look and see but she own't push herself into something she is not ready for. She loves motorcycles, since her brother has one. she is very protective of her older brother, she is very close to her older brother. like he is to her. even though she is younger. she and her brother have that close sibiling connection. so they always know what the other is going to say before they say it. she absolutely loves husky dogs, her favorite type of husky dog is the siberian husky. she melts at the sight of those dogs.

Powers: Fire - Celeste can call upon and control fire. She can manipulate fire around her, even from candles. which can burn paper, woods, even grass. She can form barriers with her fire and shields. She can call upon fire to light candles around her. She can also manipulate fire into small things, such as a tennis ball or even a small shape of an animal.
History: Selena was born and raised in Chicago. Her mother Elizabeth Matthews and her father Gabriel Matthews. Her family wasn't rich but they were well off. she spent some of her childhood traveling because of her fathers job. But Celeste was always home in chicago with her parents, and her brother Devin. Celeste wasn't the perfect child always doing things on her own and not wanting help from her parents. Even as a young girl learning how to ride a bike, she wanted to do it on her own.
Celeste was just a person who liked to do things on her own. she grew up dealing with drama of young childhood, friends, people always talking. But theo ne thing that kept her together as a child was her older brother Devin. he was her back bone to everything she did. She looked up to him. She could go to her brother when couldn't go to her parents. Since they were always working. it gave her that independence even more to take care of herself. Getting to and from school. Dealing with bullies even in elementary school and junior high. It's what made her who she is.
Selena had always been somewhat quiet elementary school, not really standing up for herself. Her brother was always there to do it for her. Devin would scare the kids away and they would leave her alone. But then it was teasing her cause her brother was watching out for her. one day she decided she wasn't going to let her brother keep looking out for her. She had gotten into a fight with a boy for pouring paint on her. She had hit him and made his lip bleed. little did she know her parents weren't going to be to happy about being called from work to come get her. when her brother devin found out he just told her he was proud of her. and those exact words were what kept her going.
It wasn't until a year later when she was 13, her older brother was graduating high school and getting into college. she was sad to see him go. seeing how they spent alot of time together. Working on his motorcycle, him showing her how to work on cars and mechanics. she liked doing things like that with her brother. so seeing him going away for college hurt her. But he did keep in touch with her, writing her letters, sending her pictures and calling. but it didn't help the fact thet she missed him. And the fact she still didn't see her parents that much at all.
2 years later Selena got the surprise of her life when she was marked. She was actually leaving a mechnic shop with a friend of her brothers. When a tracker had came up and marked her in front of him. it shocked her and scared the most because she didn't know how everyone would react in her family, especially her mother. now at the age of 15 years old Selena has no choice but to go to the House of Night, not sure what to expect from it. or to expect her families reaction..[THE PUPPETEER]
