I do kung fu for two hours three days a week I think I might be pretty good. but more power to ya

Sounds great, Dana! I'm thinking of something I could do for running. Squats and jumping jacks are already bad enough for my knee, lol.

pushups are even worse... and leap frogs... those kill my legs.

I'd rather squat than push up xD Leap frogging is fun though bahaha. Even if it hurts after awhile.

we do leapfrogs at kung fu sometimes and after I get down to the ground I have trouble getting back up again...makes me feel old XD
