Personality:
Luc is very athletic and likes to stay active but he also knows the joys of sitting down and enjoying a good book. Luc is an avid reader and picks up things fairly quickly. When he reads something he learns it and once he learns something he never forgets it. This is something like a photographic memory. Although Luc has been here for a while now sometimes he will slip a french word into his conversations as it is easier to express what he wants to say in his native tongue although his english is nearly flawless. Although an athlete Luc is very studious and smart. Luc enjoys the finer things in live and always accessorizes if he can. Luc was raised to be polite but if you piss him off to the point where he can't be polite anymore he will curse you out in French.
Trust is a big thing for Luc. Although it might take some time to get it from him he will be very loyal to you once you have earned his trust but if you do something to betray his trust he won't easily let you have it back and he will be very cautious about what he says around you. Luc tries to be friendly to his neighbors and often says hello to them when he sees them when he leaves or when he comes back to his room. Luc is very observant of others and can sometimes see details about others that might be overlooked. Luc is fairly easy going unless pushed hard enough but although might seem like he is a push over he's not.

History:
Luc was born in rural France. He lived a simple life but had big dreams and strived for the best he could be. He was very active and loved sport at an early age. His father had died shortly after his sister was born, from disease so he stepped up to the plate to try to be the man of the house at the age of ten. Luc was very smart and at a young age he went to a prestigious boarding school so he didn't see his family as often as he like but he had goals and ambitions. His mother saw he had potential so she had sent him to get the best education she could. He learned and studied hard so that his mother could one day retire and live happily. Luc went home to see his family whenever he could but it wasn't enough sometimes.
One day around the age of fifteen Luc awoke in his dorm room at school feeling sick. He told himself that he could make it through the day as long as he drank plenty of water and got to bed early. He had not only a test that day but a football(soccer) game and his team needed him. He wouldn't let them down. During the day he felt progressively worse and during the match he actually collapsed from exhaustion. When he awoke there was a strange man standing over him, who introduced himself as Zain, as he lay on his bed who said that he had been chosen. Luc looked at the man dumbfounded and it wasn't because he didn't understand the language that he was speaking in because he understood it perfectly he just didn't understand what he meant. Zain told him about how Nyx had chosen him and they had to leave and take him to a special place. At first Luc refused if he transferred to another school he might never see his family again but then he was told that if he didn't come that he would die.
That was all that Luc needed to be convinced. He could still write to his family just like always he just would be 'home-schooled' for a while wouldn't be able to go home as easily. Once in Chicago under Zain's guideance, Luc learned about the beast within him and found out there were others like him so he wasn't alone that he lived with. It was there that he learned to speak English better. There he transformed into a leopard. It was an experience that Luc would never forget. From that night forward he had finally accepted that his life had changed and he couldn't go back to the way things had been. He embraced his new found speed, senses and strength but none of these things would make him change who he was even if his goals had been pushed to the back burner for the time being. Four months later he was transferred again this time to the House of Night for he could further his studies and discovered his new purpose as a protector of Vampyres.[THE PUPPETEER]
